Our kickboxing class is different unlike any other. As a martial arts school, we are professionals and thus, specialize in teaching proper body movement and detailed mechanics, as well as the best ways to give your body a great workout without getting injured.
You will not only get in shape better and faster, but at the end of the day, will be able to learn how to really punch and kick if you need to defend yourself. Health clubs, gyms, and ‘cardio-kick’ programs CANNOT do this.
Based on the traditional fighting art of Muay Thai Boxing, we’ve combined core-strengthening drills and a unique cardio-workout that is fun, safe, and guaranteed to make you sweat! Methods do include shadow-boxing, partner drills, pad drills, and heavy bag workouts monitored by professional martial arts trainers to help you maximize performance and results.
